TERMS ON REAL ESTATE - Ten percent of the bid price to be paid on day of sale with the balance due on or before April 24, 2018. Title insurance in the amount of the purchase price will be provided by the Seller. The 2018 real estate taxes due in 2019 will be the responsibility of the Buyer on Tract 1 and prorated to the date of closing on Tract 2.
